Canadian Smart Pre School is committed to providing quality Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) in accordance with Punjab Government guidelines. The school follows a child-centered, play-based and activity-oriented approach designed especially for children in Playway, Nursery, LKG and UKG. At Canadian Smart Pre School, admissions are conducted in a transparent and child-friendly manner, following the norms prescribed under Punjab ECCE guidelines.
Admission is open to children within the prescribed age group for Playway, Nursery, LKG and UKG as per Punjab Government norms. Admission is granted subject to availability of seats and submission of required documents.
To ensure the safety, discipline and smooth functioning of the school, parents and students are requested to follow the rules mentioned below:
The name and date of birth once entered in the school records will not be changed without valid legal documents and official approval.
Students must attend school regularly and reach on time. Irregular attendance affects the child’s learning and development.
Children must come neatly dressed in complete and clean school uniform. Proper hygiene should be maintained.
Every child must carry the school diary daily. Parents are requested to check and sign the diary regularly for important notices and communication.
Parents should ensure that their ward brings healthy Tiffin, water bottle and required material from home. The school does not encourage sending items during school hours for security reasons.
Children suffering from fever, infection or any contagious disease should not be sent to school. Medical information must be informed to the school authorities in advance.
If a child needs to leave during school hours, a written application signed by the parent/guardian (matching the specimen signature) must be submitted. The child will be handed over only to authorized persons.
No outsider is allowed to meet students during school hours without prior permission from the Principal. Parents are requested to cooperate with security procedures.
Students are advised not to bring costly jewellery, toys, watches, mobile phones or any valuable items to school. The school will not be responsible for loss of such items.
Parents must attend Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and respond promptly when called to discuss their child’s progress.
Children are expected to behave respectfully with teachers, staff and fellow students. Positive behavior and good manners are encouraged at all times.
School fees must be paid on time as per the schedule. Delay in payment may attract late fee charges as per school policy.
